Labor Day, 2012, was a day to roll-along with a car show in Bingen’s Daubenspeck Park and a Poker Run to BZ, Trout Lake, and Glenwood. The show featured a huge collection of tricked-out and restored vehicles of many vintages. The Poker Run had 7 scheduled stops with a 50-50 prize for the winning hand.
Then the whole community Rocked back at the park with the final Mt Adams Chamber Concert of the season featuring two bands, “Driven”, and headliners “Johnny Limbo and the Lugnuts“. “Driven” is the popular local band of our own Harvest Market manager Kevin. Johnny Limbo and the Lugnuts are a SHOW unto themselves with costume changes and rockin’ tunes that have entertained audiences of all ages for 34 years.
Everyone also enjoyed a $5 pig roast or salmon dinner while taking in the show and music, and topping it off with Everybody’s beer. This was a blowout concert you won’t want to miss next year.
